A dependent visa application is allowed in the United Kingdom as long as the main visa holder has one of the following types of visas: #1

- Start-up
- Innovator
- Student
- Intra-company Transfer
- Intra-company Graduate Trainee
- Temporary Worker
- Global Business Mobility
- Tier 1, 2, 4, or 5.
Requirements for a Dependent Visa in the United Kingdom:
- Parent’s or legal guardian's details, such as passport.
- If the parent or legal guardian is a sponsored worker, they must provide the details of their Certificate of Sponsorship and the sponsor's license number.
- If the parent or legal guardian is a student, they must provide the details of the acceptance for their studies, including the sponsor's license number.
How to apply:
- Complete the application form.
- Pay the Immigration Health Surcharge (IHS) #2. The fee will be charged once the application process has been initiated.
- Pay the visa fee. The cost depends on the type of visa held by the responsible parent or guardian. You can check the price at the following link: https://www.gov.uk/visa-fees
- Provide biometric data, which will be taken at the nearest immigration center (Bogotá, Medellín, or Barranquilla).
